Clyde Lee Dennis Said:

Richly talented Rock artist Gino Vannelli has released him latest album titled Gist Of The Gemini and Wow! It’s really a good one.

Unfortunately, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Gist Of The Gemini. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

One of the refreshingly nice things about this CD is the way all of the participating artists seem to be really enjoying themselves. Combine that with the overall presentation and you’ve got one of Gino Vannelli’s most impressive releases ever.

Listen to Gist Of The Gemini and I believe you’ll find there’s not much to dis-like about it. The songs are inspired, the production is simply outstanding, and Gino Vannelli is clearly in top form. So much so that if you’re even mildly into Rock music you’ll enjoy this album.

While the entire album is really very good some of my favorites are track 1 – Fly Into This Night War Suite, track 8 – To The War, and track 12 – Summers Of My Life

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Love Of My Life. Good stuff!
